It is situated at the western end of the location Dassylio, an exquisite forest of pine trees and 1Km away from the Skala of Prinos. The sea and the beautiful beach are 80 meters away (on the western side) and 150 meters away (on the north side) from the hotel. The presence of pine-trees is so intense that at some points they seem to touch the sea. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, with air-ionisation and a balcony and some of them have a view to the sea. All the rooms have their own bathroom, telephone, music and mini-bar. Rooms and apartments are equipped with an internet connection, a mini-safe and a Sat-TV including music channels. The apartments, which can accommodate up to 4 persons each, have a lounge and kitchen-dining area on the first floor and a bedroom open to the staircase on the upper floor. Each apartment has 4 private balconies, 2 on each floor facing east and west respectively. The architectural design is quite unique and does not at all resemble the usual box-type hotel rooms.
