• ezGreece.com is not a travel agency and it is not involved into hotel's reservation, cancellation and non-show policy.
It offers an efficient real time hotel reservation system to the customer.
• ezGreece.com makes any effort to get the best / lowest possible prices for the customer.
• By making a reservation you deal directly with the hotel. ezGreece.com does will charge your credit card. The hotel only handles deposit payment - when this is required - according to its reservation - cancellation / non-show policies.
• The booking service is based on the information provided by the hotels. The hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this service.
• Each hotel has its own policy, which varies from accommodation to accommodation. By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the reservation, cancellation and non-show policy of the hotel. You have to make sure you read and understand the policies before making a reservation.
• Cancellation, date / room changes can only be done directly with the hotel.
• By making a reservation and soon after your departure, you will receive an email to invite you complete a hotel review. It is not compulsory to review, but doing so will help other travellers. Your review -without your personal details, except your country- will be posted on hotel's profile.
• By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree with ezGreece.com terms and conditions as stated here.
